Can't Create Output File Error - GSM-Forum

I am new to Easy JTAG Plus. When trying to save ROM1 I get the error 'Can't create output file' (below). I have also tried saving the user data from the partitions tab and get the same message.

Any solution for this?

check for you filesystem is NTFS
ckeck admin rights for SW

the same problem, run as admin, windows 11 64bit, both partitions NTFS c an d. any help

win11 is block many folders on "C" Disk
try to install software to "D" drive

Directly save file on desktop without creating any folder or renaming file.
