Can't Create Output File Error

I am new to Easy JTAG Plus. When trying to save ROM1 I get the error 'Can't create output file' (below). I have also tried saving the user data from the partitions tab and get the same message.

Code:
Checking security ...
Z3X EasyJtag Software ver. 3.7.0.20
Skip loading eMMC Addon Firmware
CMD Pullup Level:1817 mV
CMD Active Level:1833 mV
Box IO Level:1800 mV
CLK Rate:24000 kHz
Bus Width:1bit,SDR
Reading 0x000800000000 (32.0GB) from 0x000000000000 ...ROM1 ( USER ROM)
Read Length has been corrected to 0x000747C00000 (29.121GB)...
Can't create output file F:\ClientData\removed\EMMC_ROM1_QX13MB_921479196_00000000_747C00000.bin
Done.
Any solution for this?
Thanks

Directly save file on desktop without creating any folder or renaming file.
