Custom binary lock by oem lock N960F

How to remove Custom binary lock by oem lock, many attempts didnt work
1. - erase full
- restore backup lun 0 (1GB), lun1,2,3,4
- write factory when on still lock oem.
2. - Erase full lun
- write factory firmware
- restore only efs ans cpefs
- in download mode was ok, current binary back to samsung official and oem lock off but cant flashing always read pit error, tick repartion and when turning on back to "custom binary block by oem lock"
Also was try update ufs firmware not working too.

If anyone have dump n960f U9 please share
