me too needed it (Samsung Galaxy s4 4.4.2). I will buy a z3x to repair my imei and unlock that phone.

it is qualcomm lte. I thougt I'd made a backup off EFS but actually my recovery-OS TWRP (TeamWinRecoveryProject version 27.0.1 that I trusted didn't make backup those partitions

I tried with only software (EFS pro) with no luck. It wouldn't write the imei. So no I am memeber here as a noob requesting a dump for repairing samsung galaxy s4 lte qualcomm without even owning a jtag-hardware-thing (but I will buy one).
