Easy-Jtag box update problem - GSM-Forum

Updated to the latest shell today, and trying to update firmware of the Easy-Jtag box. The version of box firmware was 1.47.
Run the hardware wizard, ticked update firmware of jtag. Box gone to update port mode and I can't update it. Wizard says "fail to open Easy-Jtag box"
Is there any solution?

Box diag LOG:
Card status :Card not found
Trying find box
Box not found in normal mode...
Trying find box in update mode...
Found update port COM44
Port Open Error

But I got Easy Jtag Update PORT in device manager...
There is no any lights on the front of box, I hope it will work...

Successfully updated my box to the working state! But the firmware version is the same!

now my Z3X EASY JTAG is not connectin always says. JTAG BOX NOT FOUND after updating!

stuck in update port! now even lights on the box is gone!

please help i can't use my z3x/easy jtag box

Box newer show lights in update mode. Thats normal. Install Update port driver and start EasyJTAG software. Trust me - there is no way to kill box by software.

a. Connect Box to PC
b. Setup Drivers

just uinstall card driver and delete z3x folder from program file
after setup newly
problem will be solved
i was same problem
don't worry about that
everything will be ok.

try other pc for begin.
and provide more information about pc.
what version of OS.
what drivers installed?

i have also faced this problem press and hold CTRL key from keyboard of your computer and launch EasyJTAG Tool online box hardware drivers will update all lights of box will turn on automatic

this is 100% solution

I buy easy jtag box yesterday 18 September 2020. but when connected box after software install then box card appear number. After some time red light and blue light blinking. I shut down computer and start the computer but the red light and blue light on box blinking continuously. Thanks for advance

check in device manager what devices/device related to easy-jtag plus are there.
