easy jtag not detecting any phone

easy jtag not detecting any phone, cable done as show in software.
please help me to solve out, or any pic of cable modifecation.

my new box is damage or need any changes in pinouts, please provide me picture of box and cable pinouts, coz pinout shows in software not working in my box.

Hi , if you shure that box are faultly , you need request replacement from your seller.

yes. pinouts same. just try connect phone supported by both devices.

this is fast way for check or hardware of box ok.
