Easy jtag plus error - 56

Hy. My easy jtag plus with BGA 254 adapter from yesterday only error - 56.
Need help. Any solution or suggestions??

56 error - not connect to chip (link not establish)
check you wires

Thanks for your answer. I check and recheck and same problem. I think my adaptor is dead. I will ordered another one.
