htc one mini m4 CMD timeout error - GSM-Forum

checked pinout soldring many times tested all 1,8v 2,8 and 3,3v but in vain
always Can't init device, Reason: CMD Timeout Error !!!
please help anyone tested these pinout ?

Compression is ON
Z3X EasyJtag Software ver. 2.6.0.1
Loading eMMC GEN1 Firmware... IO: 2800 mV
Box S/N: ------------------, ,FW Ver.: 01.60
CMD Pullup Level:1701 mV
CMD Active Level:1969 mV
Box IO Level:2800 mV
CLK Rate:14000 khz
HiPower mode is off!
Can't init device, Reason: CMD Timeout Error
Done.

same problem any solution...im same problem all connection is 100% ok and voltage is ok....phone is work on hboot and not connect easy jtag
