SHELL ERROR , easy jtag card info not showing [Answered] - GSM-Forum

after I setup easy jtag V3.7.0.17 , now in shell we i prees show card info bottom the shell going to hand and show force close window.
i test in two pc.
but easy jtag software are working still.
jast after setup for an hour it wasnt open and show not found box info

we posted about maintenance on server side today 16/08/2020.
try later or tomorrow.

after setup EasyJtag_Release_v3.7.0.20

security initialistion failed!
terminating jtag core.
software will be closed now.
error code: -9101

where are my problem??????????

run shell and check inside shell read card info.
