this dll is installed with software
it present at software

you can reinstall soft to fix problem

its windows defender..turn off your realtime protection and reinstall you should do this everytime you start your pc or you want to use the software..realtime protection turns on automatically and cant be off permanently

read my post bro if stil same you need to reformat your pc with os that doesnt contain windows defender
