Member: 2494126 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Does anyone happen to know/have some documentation about the pinout of Samsungs' new ePoP chips? I can't post links yet, but just put /semiconductor/about-us/news/13981 after samsung dot com in your search bar. I got a chip as the one depicted in the url above (KMR21008M), and I want to read out the data on the eMMC, but I haven't seen these chips before so I don't know exactly where to start. Chip can be found in e.g. Galaxy Note Edge, so a pinout for that phone should work as well. |
