i guess its possible to disable mi account if easy team add one option tab:
add system img file to modify with easy jtag for remove or patch finddevice apk and modify and add mi addresses to host file for block connections from mi services.of course after disable mi account.

Actually, you can block hosts that are being used by findmyphone app. This way you'll get working device without apps crashing but mi sevices won't work as well. The problem is that you need to have unlocked bootloader to do that.

need to remove the chip or by sip method .

One of solution to use device with locks on server - install firewall software at device and block conection mi services to internet

to remove lock file from device - simply flash "persist" partition from original firmware

Persist file can be extract from a firmware file. Make sure you download the one described as "fastboot" rom.
