i have install software and shell already but when open soft it error with me
how to solve all teams....please help me.

Dear, maybe u have inserted a wrong Card or Non activated card. Contact ur Reseller for it

i just setup my window 7 and install easy jtag first it not wrong card sir

disconnect all boxes. and connect just easy-jtag. run z3x-shell and check activation.

box is activated 16.12.2013 it need update firmware.
when i update firmware it problem

chek your card firmware it will b 1.5
which shuld b 2.2 dnt wory just wait and update your card firmware all will b ok your box activted not your easy jtag actived after thsis update it will ask for activate easy-jtag then u hv to do it
