after repair my phone now in fastboot ...hboot but i cant unlock boot loader via dev my phone accept unlock code.bin but after restart always locked and s-on

For making flasheable your HTC one X you need to do following procedure:

1. Connect pinout as described on support
2. Make moviNAND format operation , restore extSCD backup. ( Now device are emptyboard and all data erased from flash tnx sikander3786 for trick )
3. Write corresponding dump into the ROM1 - 512MB_HTC_ONE_X_ROM1
4. Write HTC_ONE_X_ROM2.rar to ROM2 and ROM3
5. Download from here HTC_ONE_X_SOLUTION_TEST.rar Pass: "GPGEMMC ARE ****ED COPYPASTERS"
6. Write rawpt_16g.BIN or rawpt_32g.BIN at USER ROM1 area depeding of your eMMC size ( see in connection log )
7. Check SHOW SOFTWARE PARTITIONS INFO checkbox and detect eMMC - you will see partition list if all OK and presets list will be updated
8. Write EMMC_00200000_BIF_HTC__Y13_353999999999999.BIN in BIF partition ( select partition in presets list , you may fix IMEI in any hex editor )
9. Write EMMC_00400000_SIF_1.00.000.0_1.0000.0000.00.bin in SIF partition ( select partition in presets list , phone will be 1.00.000.000 )
10. Download RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Ra dio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed.exe
11. If you want another region you can edit CID in EMMC_00200000_BIF_HTC__Y13_353999999999999.BIN current HTC__Y13
12. Desolder wires and flash phone. Do not forget remove JUMPER from eMMC reset pin.






If you need to upgdate boot - try this solution

P.S. If this will not work we need another rooted device with lower HBOOT version to get correct downgrade data.

P.P.S. GPGEMMC focusers , you may do all this things in sw or even put in ONE SUPER REPAIR button and call this world first but do not forget write credits from where you have copied data.

Why everyone just missed the factory format and movinand erase functions? Did you erase the chip and write extCSD before writing dumps?

In a similar case, I was able to unlock the bootloader after I erased the chip and re-writed it.

Thank for testing , and conforming that format work ok. I am have no any test PCB in hands...
