you need to root your device with other tool then try again unlock fonction.

you can try with this tool not tested by me


But the tool only use Chinese word.

1. Download the software from the below link. And install it.

download

2. Plug your S3 mini to USB port and execute the tool.

3. Press connect button.

4. Press root button and wait 2 min.

5. S3 mini will reboot by itself. The device will get the root after booting.

before doing direct unlock always try the safe way info and read code and enter manualy code.
