yes you should double check clk and cmd
my way of ressetting noka 3.4 without dead:
1.use eayjtag classic suite
2.android frp
3.clear/pin/gst/pass

I checked clk and cmd and I have no error connecting , the phone connecte perfectly with easy jtag .phone died after erase frp with easy jtag Emmc Manager.
Do you have a solution for dead phone after erase frp ??

check in device manager in pc plug your phone if you see qualcom 9008 or like that try to jumper clk resistor maybe it is spoiled while connecting pinout

if still same it created a backup try to write this back to the phone

if its still then you have hardware fault
