my huawei phone resize partition ,but usb flash firmware---Not fully fit in disk size!!!!

phone log ,Not fully fit in disk size!!!!

layder 12-03-2020 10:08

Does your device work?

do you understand what this inscription means?

it means that there is free unused space after the partition.

if the size remains the same when flashing, this means that the Huawei wants the partition to be that size.

the size of the userdata has nothing to do with your problem

you are confusing yourself and other people on the forum.

the inscription just means that there is free space in the UFS LUs. as the manufacturer of the device wished, and this in no way relates to the problem.
if the size of the userdata after the change returns after the flash firmware to what it was before, then it will be so.

you are foolish trying to fix what is written in the firmware from the factory
