to recover data from dead SDcard you needs:

1) buy z3x nand adapter
2) find nand pins under coating
3) direct connect to nand and read dump
4) use compiler to convert nand dump to disk image
5) extract data from image

What cheap software is suitable to convert the Nand image to a disk image?...

Does Easy-Jtag offer a function for this? Normally I would have to use an XOR pattern, where do I find this?

Recovering data from a malfunctioning microSD card requires specialized data recovery equipment. The technical process involves removing the protective layer from the microSD card to understand its internal structure. This task is both complex and time-consuming. I personally encountered similar challenges two years ago when my Samsung phone's microSD card failed.

If your microSD card isn't recognized by Disk Utility or displays incorrect capacity information, it's advisable to consult professionals rather than attempting a DIY solution. I spent hours researching and even invested in data recovery software, but it was ineffective since the card didn't show up in Disk Utility. In the end, I resorted to Platinum Data Recovery services( https://platinumdatarecovery.com/mic...-data-recovery ), which cost me $580. While it was a significant expense, it was worth it for me to recover precious family photos stored on the microSD card. Most of data recovery companies offers free diagnostic, take advantage of it.
