Response: Maybe not clean - who can explain?

When reading eMMC, EasyJtag reports:

EMMC RPMB (Replay Protected Memory Block) Capacity: 4096 KB (000000400000) Counter: 0 , Response: Maybe not clean

Why it reports Response: Maybe not clean

why is there MAYBE.
Does it mean RPMB can be clean but need not be clean and Easy Jtag is not able to say it for sure?

It means Jtag cannot read the accurate data for RPMB section and it may be clean or it might not be clean .

Yes, but why accurate data for RMPB can not be read in this case?

Some flach IC do not sent correct information of RPMB status via 1-bin mode connection
