Samsung j600g stuck on logo , can read by vendor but gives error on erasing/writing


Hello master ,
I have recieved samsung j600g stuck on logo , doesnt boot into recovery and odin stucks on initialization on flashing , so i tried to flash it via isp by easy jtag.

I took backup of security partitions without errors and readed small rom1 backup and 2,3 respectively without any issues . After that I factory reset+format and repaired extcsd file successfully but afterwards on writing the dump file it gives error . Emmc health seems fine to me , please guide me what s wrong i have attached logs below .
Any kinda guidance is highly appreciated TY.

or as variant you have bad ISP connection
try to set lower Freq or another VIO

Hello master ,
1- Tried all combination of voltages and frequency but same issue.
2- Cross checked isp connection , medium length wire (around 5-6 cm) plus thick connection for ground
3- Even if i write by vendor on ROM 1 it yields same error
4- If its read only memory , can it be fixed ? Any kinda guidance is highly appreciated TY.
