Samsung s4 sgh-i337 dead boot. Pc dedect only qualcomm 9008 port. I need rom1,rom2,rom3,ext csd. Help me anybody

Qualcomm CPU not use ROM2/3
you can write 4-files Samsung firmware (with BL), like this, to repair phone:
