Phone is dead, only nokia usb rom and can't boot in BEST, i have jtag plus, how read data by EFM? Any testpoints for this?

you need desolder eMMC and if it not dead - read dump from it

That's an old feature phone. No eMMC there, it uses NAND chip instead.
