Problem is, some phones do not boot with the sd card method, unless your doing a tweak. I had a phone that I could only odin with the card in and when I pulled the card, It wouldnt work so I had to stop being lazy and do the jtag chain and presto, no need for sd after the real jtag thing. Now we need a image sharing thread with phones labeled correctly when we post them...

Bro steps are very easy. I think no need video easy then solder wires.

Creating MAGIC CARD from ZBIN Image.

Step 1 Run Plugin

Recovery Phone by SD Unbrick card

1. Insert SD Card in phone SD card slot and attach battery
2. Put phone in Download mode by USB-JIC either by keyboard combination ( make sure that you have used file with newer firmware than current phone firmware. If you don't know what firmware have ben in phone before software damage – just use latest zbin file from support!)
3. If phone go in ODIN mode, download firmware with same version as in ZBIN file e.g if you used
4. Samsung_GT-I9200_I9200XXUDNE4_GPT_UEFI.zbin you should use I9200XXUDNE4 firmware or newer one.
5. Flash phone with ODIN with PIT file!
6. Repair Done.

If hardware would be not fix means if have emmc damage can't be fix any box need to change emmc and most of problem no product name emmc fault.

I can flash in odin but it will stuck at the verizon boot screen. even when I use a pit file, with latest firmware it will not boot..is the only option to replace to emmc? I have no problem reading the phone if you tell me how to do it the problem is I cannot access the JTAG port with the molex cable that I have because there is a piece of metal blocking it for a connection I can get in download mode I just need to be able to refresh the rom.to boot the phone

Please first we need steps that work for sure many people did not know what exactly firmware in the phone we need who sucess we need log files we need an results not only steps please

in case of i317m we don't have any dump in the world . if your plugin can make SD boot repair from tar file we also glad ;)

Bro what is the meaning of boot repair?

Means phone is not powering up and not connecting to pc in flashing/downloading mode.

This SD card method would work for software dead phones.

I think there is no log, becouse it's not an operation with pc.
You junt need pc to create the SD boot repair which is very easy (at least it looks :D), and if you don't know firmware version just use the highest you find in support (or create it yoursel with a dump of working phone).

ok i tried with 3 phones i9300 and i9500 and i create success sd zbin file and attached bat and put jig in usb port nothing change my question is how long do i have to wait (how long its took the operation ) do i have to Short R313 resistance
if there is a video to show how to it will be prefect

Dear supporters, i have 2 questions

1) after creating sd unbrick card, and if usb jig doesn't work, should we short any resistor, or should we use terraterm with serial port to make it happen

2) atf box can creat sd unbrick file for lots of models, using bootloader and pit files (no need dump rom1) , can this tool do the same

tried with bat and without
tried with different sd card types and sizes
tried with different time (put sd in the phone )
tried with hand download and gic
cant see download mode
