For what reason? if you already done via vendor flashing and still not work then perhaps there could be some bad blocks on emmc. If you had experienced this kind of errors:

then the files your have asked for is of no use. I usually gonna be needing excsd, rom1, and rom2 on samsung emmc's and not usually on skhynix when errors like the ones i presented above is appearing. Nonetheless, better to execute for repartitioning but the disadvantage is when the phone gets back for a job for which you could no longer do it once more.
