smaller version of bga162?


any one can help me to find any info about this bga162
its 512M memory and bga162 but smaller than real bga162 and dont know what is this chip, not find any info about this chip on the net
need to backup dump from that ,easyjtag can read dump from that?

can i use easyjtag chip to read and write isp?

some bga162 nand is support via NAND adapter and BGA162 nand adapter
