I was wrote pinout to you.

PIN 17 - 1.8 - 3.3V (power from box)

You doun't need use RJ45!!!!!

finaly able to connect to the chip and its detected as w25Q64V...but i used external 2.5v power suply i dont have this capacitors and 1k resistor
the problem now is when i try to do job the software crashes..
after the read function the file is saved and then crashes
also when i try the unlock also crashes

Crash reports is a sended to server or not?
If it's sended, we try to fix it at next updates

It is SPI Flash IC
You need run SPI_flasher
and connect IC like at picture

for old box you need make external power (1,9 or 3,3v)

connection for SPI chips is simply - only 4 data wires, and power

for EasyJTAG Plus box chips is powered from box and you need select correct VCC from software (1.8 or 3,3v)

For old box you need use external switching power supply
