problem fake imei emergency call only
my steps after universal format emmc
1. write dump 512mb rom1, rom2, rom3
2. write efs from my backup folder
3. go to download mode and flash with odin

i try z3x samsung tool pro repair option but get a error checking nv data error security damage problem
please give any solution

you need try to restore all non used at 4-files firmware partition from backup

when you add 4-files dirmware to EasyJTAG Plus software - you see partititon was writed at it.
you nedd restore from original backup another partition, which are missing at it
