You need write UFS config to new chip (or UFS with Enabled Re-configure) for this device, readed from UFS chip from same device

config - it's a UFS config (nubmers and size and type of LUNs)

configuration for current device, like number and size and name of partiton on ROM1 at eMMC

box no have config for UFS. You need configure UFS chips manually, of buy already configured UFS chips for you device

Here you are ;-) You can find all information in attached file. Because UFS memory is a next generation memory after eMMC and NAND memories it have
very advanced structure. We make most importand of them user friendly ( like LUNs reconfig ) Other are rarely used so if somebody understand what he want to do
and understand what he do. He can make it directly reading and writing attributes flags and descriptors. So after reading JEDEC standarts you can do it by yourself.

You ask a lot of questions and you can find answers to them in the specifications documents (datasheet, etc).

From a practical point of view, you do not need these tabs when you want to repair the device by replacing the UFS memory, for example.

I do not want to go into details, because these tabs are intended for engineers who may need this, and not for ordinary users.

Also, I do not want ordinary users from the forum to get confused in the specific settings of the UFS chips, that they do not need when replacing the chips or restoring the device firmware or boots
