Well i have good news for you, I did two things to fix this error, You need perfect reball + try to keep the socket cool with extra cooling(be creative). I cant pin point what it was since i did both at the same time and i was able to extract whole partition. Good Luck

you need buy bga254 adapter with ISP pins and find ISP pins on PCB (rarely)
