Dear Bro..

1. Must Check Power Wire Vcc and Vccq.( if you are using eMMC adptor then give usb power into adptor.)
2.check eMMC for heat .
3.if still same and mobile is dead then replace new eMMC.
4.if you still got then check adptor power volt.or change and check.
