You can disable driver signing in Windows 10 by pressing shift and restart. It takes you into a menu which where you can disable it.

Will this work instead of above?

dont seee easy jtag control port on win 10 com drivers list but software starts and reads emmcs
is it ok? recently reinstalled latest z3x easyjtag executable

EasyJTAG plus have 3 device
1) Control Port
2) Hi-speed interface
3) Card Reader
