Are Easy JTAG support Flash KLMAG2WE4A - A002..?
because I tried several time still unsuccessful..

Hi Paid...fr indonesia right?i am too..btw, could You explain in that datasheet table above what is the other name for vcc and vccq? coz, i did not find find vcc n vccq at table list given..need inform plz...

if You don't mind, plz share pic like above for 162 balls emmc.

  • CLK : Clock input
  • CMD : A bidirectional signal used for device initialization and command transfers.
  • DAT0-7 : Bidirectional data channels. It operates in push-pull mode.
  • RST_n : H/W reset signal pin
  • VDDF(VCC) : Supply voltage for flash memory
  • VDD(VCCQ) : Supply voltage for memory controller
  • VDDi : Internal power node to stabilize regulator output to controller core logics
  • VSS : Ground connections
  • RFU : Reserved for future use , do not use for any usage

Pay attentions to VDD(VccQ), VDDF(Vcc), VSS(gnd).
maybe you have to connect each all pin together.!
