too little...too late !!

we already throw away our stock of this dead project

too many times we sell one and customer cannot install or setup, due to server none existant and socket connection time out

thanks for damaging our company reputation

my problem is no solve. still the same
i try disabled the anti virus then reinstall again the software (version 4.6) if you have latest installer can you give me please
