hi all
i seen few Customer got problem
1- 99% hang Credit lost but mobile not unlocked
2- mobile unlocked but no network

i just want to inform you that Solution of both problem is just Disable your Antivirus ( Make sure your Antivirus not working in Back Ground or its Completely Disabled ) and Trun Off your firewall ( make sure your firewall is completely Turned off and its not working in Back Ground )

if you got any problem while unlocking and your mobile not unlock but Credit lost please post here your ID ( username of Account ) and IMEI Don't post here your password and also don't send me pm for this

few members was sent me pm and We just add them credits into their accounts

Account IDs which we added Credits Back

yes some time log lost but when you try again it will not detect more log for same mobile

it will not show on your account but when you unlock that mobile again ( same imei ) credit will not taken

I try many time but all the same, but i have not seen i should have disable my firewall, and it say me to contact my dealer :/

please recheck your account , from server it just detect one credit !! not two
