Yes I agree with you to some extent since forum is for helping, but on the other hand official support section is made for legal users who really have that box or device. For non owner of box there is other section in forum.
Anyway that doesn't mean I don't want to help forum users, Iam always ready to help all users and I already replied you in my previous post that I don't have that firmware.
