IF STILL SAME PROBLEM THAN CONTACT IQ-DOCTORBOX TEAM http://www.iq-doctorbox.com  BEST OF LUCK |

- Disconnect all devices from pc including IQ Doctor Box. - Connect both +ve and -ve (Red and Black wires) terminal of the cable to each other. - Connect IQ Doctor Box to the main power cable. - As soon as you will connect you will hear a long beep sound. - If you hear tic-tic sound continuously means shorting sound disconnect and start from beginning again. - Now open IQ Doctor Box Firmware Updater v1.62, select comport, check on Exigency Upgrade and click on Upgrade-Box button.
