Writing cert ok but emergency call only. I cant write qcn too. When going to write always failed

Hello.

Please use the latest Software version.
Make backup of phone's QCN via "Read QCN" operation, then try to write a QCN file again. Try to perform the operation on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option.

could you please send me a500fu cert file.

All Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area (Cert files compatibility).

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.
