Successful patched Ap file and followed the procedure root is available but immediately I restart the phone root is gone

If I use twrp I Successfully get a rooted system but I have an issue keep saying additional setup required If I tap phone reboot but same thing additional setup.

Because your device was released with android 9 from factory you need to follow this procedure to gain root access (either by rebooting to recovery mode or special button combination on startup, read the instructions and you will understand)
