"boot.img" that is being used to enable ADB, can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).

To remove FRP lock You can try to write older by release date firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP" operation.
