Hello.

If phone doesn't enter Download Mode - You should repair its boot loaders via JTAG/eMMC. Also this can be a HW problem.

Unfortunately this model is not supported by Medusa PRO at the moment. If You have eMMC pinout for this device, You can try to solder necessary eMMC wires and connect the phone. If connection will be successful, try to make Factory Repair using original Samsung firmware for this device.
