can NOT unlock Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-M919

Hello Octoplus Mod,
Since got your box back from July until now I am unable to unlock any Samsung galaxy S4 either from ATT, Tmobile, etc. I was so busy and did not have time to report here (We just went online purchase the code and it is much faster)

I have Tmobile working sim card inserted and following all the instructions showed below but no luck. I did not root this phone yet.


It happens again today with this Tmobile SGH-M919

To connect SGH-I317 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "RNDIS+DM+MODEM".
10. Press Home button.
11. Go to dial window.
12. Enter "*#9090#" number.
13. Select "DM/UM over HS-USB".
14. Restart phone.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Mode: Emergency means that phone was not configured correctly for connection.
Please do the next:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Connect the phone directly to PC.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

Also this issue may be caused by 4.4.4 version of Android, we have not tested solutions for M919 phone with it.
