Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card.

Then plesae contact to your reseler to get new smart card or if You have already other Octoplus smart card to transfer your activations

there is only 1 number for english speaking - i already tried to call - nothing

tried to watsapp - the number is off i think

please give a valid number who can sort this
