Before I got it right at the time I did the same procedure but nothing happens please correct the fault thanks

Good night I can not contact me for skipe but I can say that in the update 2.7.9.3 repair was real but in the update 2.7.9.4 started to fail to do all the procedure well as shown in the top but does not repair and phone coninua with The same IMEI please if you could review the software thanks
