last week i tried to unlock these two phones but i failed And now i ont have thoes phones with me customer took it i wanna know the solution for next time so i will be able to do it without struggle

Hello.

What problem with unlocking You had exactly? Please post here full Software logs of performed operations.
Log files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

i dont have log now i changed my window it was last week these phones was from usa and had no network i wanted to unlock but after unlock there was no network

Unfortunately we won't be able to provide You the help if You don't have neither logs of performed operations, nor phones on hands to check them.
