Error when attempting to unlock tab 3 [Answered]

I'm trying to use the reset screen lock feature but I get the error below. The device is a Tab 3, I selected the SM-T210 for phone model and the only com port that shows. I have installed the Samsung driver. I've checked manual select box. I've also tried reinstalling Octoplus. Does anyone have any ideas?
