Direct Unlock
Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
Install necessary driver.
Click "Unlock" button.
Follow software instructions (prompts).

To connect GT-I9300 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter *#9090# number.
8. Set speed to 115200.
9. Reboot phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

As You can see from Software log, phone is not rooted. Try to root the phone with latest versions of IRoot, or KingoRoot Software, then repeat "Unlock" operation.

i just to look manual and i try with 3 diferent soft phone is not rooted

If IRoot and KingoRoot Softwares are not able to root the phone, unfortunately, we don't have other root method, to suggest to You.
Try to find and use another root exploit/Software for this phone.

goto recovery mode.

find superuser.zip

flash usperuser.zip with twrp rwcovery
