If phone is stuck on logo after You make Factory Reset - unfortunately this root method is not compatible with the phone. Try to find another root solution (maybe something is available here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f606.../#post10637865).

rooting of this handset seems impossible

but can u tell me what is the unlock password which it asks after flashing root file?

Sorry, but we didn't researching purpose of password. We were passing it with Factory Reset and were suggesting this to other users.
