Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | You can try to wipe Security/EFS via phone's menu. Try to wipe Security/EFS from the phone's menu, do the next: 1. Write any firmware (don't root the phone after, phone should be unrooted, this is important). 2. Type *#9090#. 3. Type at rigth corner MENU + select "Back". 4. Typy at rigth corner MENU + input Q. 5. Type at rigth croner MENU + input 0000. Look this video manual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DtPT2MmNhg. |

Member: 1298793 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 21 | hi , i had the same problem with s5 and note 4 galaxy s5 , if imei remain the same here is the step to fix it 1- phone must not be rooted at this moment 2- do factory reset , wipe cache 3- put the phone in download mode- reinstall software latest recomended 4- root the phone with auto root , odin 5- please make sure usb cable is connected directly to the pc, recomended port (back) 6 - try to do the process - phone display put it in 10 minutes 7- if that dont work replace usb cable . 8- drink a beer () |
