Hello.

Yes, we know about this problem and research it. In some devices Samsung lock not reset with this procedure. As soon as we research the problem we will contact You.

To reset Samsung Account You can try to do the following:

1. Create a new Samsung account (via PC or via another phone). You should have a working Samsung Account.
2. Perform the Reset FRP/ Reactivation operation.
3. When the phone will ask you to enter Samsung account data - enter Samsung account data, which you have created earlier.
4. Restart the phone and connect it to Wi-Fi.
5. Go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and log in with the username and password (which you have created earlier).
There you have to select the phone that was just added to account, select "Unlock my device" and "Unlock Reactivation lock".
6. Restart the phone and check whether account is reseted.

This solution worked for me. Thanks Octopus team. Just one thing, after u perform frp reset with new method,conect to wifi, when phone asks for samsung details and u type in the your or freshly created account it will say "processing failed" but dont worry just go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and do what needs to be done.

I'm facing same problem with samsung account with g925f,i try this solution but when i put i get error,and in findmymobile i can see my phone,but i cant see this new one i try to register.I have got S6 but dont see the S6 edge.

Ok i have manage to get S6 edge in findmyiphone but when i press unlock reactivation lock it stays in red doesnt turn to green.

You need to perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation using 1st method "Writing patched UserData partition". After this follow described above steps 3-6.

If error occurs after, or during writing of a custom section - most likely phone has one of the newer firmwares. In such case You need to write older by release date firmware, to be able to use this method of Reactivation Lock removal.
If You manage to write an older firmware - repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation. Otherwise reflash the phone with an original firmware to restore it to initial condition.

Phone 5.1.1 downgrade Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE 1 writing patched phone working no samsung account but factory reset again samsung account.
Phone account samsung add not ticket how to solve ?
