Hello.

Your card doesn't answer to some commands:

The problem can be because of bad contacts between card and reader, problem with card reader or card is damaged. Please try to take out card from Box/reader, clean card contacts, put card back into Box/reader and try to re-update card again. Also try to out card into another external reader/dongle (or into another Box as reader) and then update card.

i put a card in infinity best reader
