@ Maurioski

Most likely, the problem with phone's HW (with phone's flash chip). Try to write original firmware using original Samsung flasher. If the problem with creating phone's partitions will arise - this is HW problem.

Clearing situation with SGS3 with missing Product name on boot screen...

Your phone say: PRODUCT NAME / empty /

This is because eMMC is damaged / wrong partitioned / ect... problems related to logical structure, sometime caused by flashing custom firmware. There till now no way to repartition this eMMC ( same situation and on SGSN2 N7100 ) in phone ( even you have still not dead phone ) and no JTAG.

3 ways to solve it:
1. If it's under warranty ( in mostly cases = MUST be still - EU warranty is 2 years! ) - give it to Samsung service centre - they will repair it ( exchange PCB ) for free.
2. If you find info HOW to make right partitions and fill some important data - then you can use any microSD card like eMMC or new / used / empty eMMC IC.
3. Buy from someone SGS3 ( i9300 ) eMMC IC - you will find here on forum some info about - and exchange it.

1 way to cover partialy costs:
1. Leave phone for parts and sell it - at least still combo LCD+Touch screen is expensive - near at 80% of second hand phone price ... - so sell also battery, charger ect ... you will get near 85 - 90% back.
